- 1 / 5By Leah StockmanCalled my order in and my co worker picked it up. The order was all wrong- they didn't give me my soup on my 1/2 and 1/2 meal. I asked for extra dressing and kalamata olives on my salad, got neither. When I went back to the store, in the pouring rain mind you, to get my soup I was treated kind of like I was lying about not getting it before they eventually gave it to me. On the top of Panera's receipts it clearly states that if your order is incorrect, they will give you a free treat. I don't care about that so I didn't mention it but I found it funny that the manager who was working the to-go counter didn't even offer it and tried to say someone else must have picked up my soup after he made it and he assumed it went in the bag. Bad service from start to finish left me feeling extremely frustrated not to mention dissatisfied.March 23, 2017
