  my husband and I went to bayou city wings a few days ago, and we were very disapointed. As soon as we walked in there was a line of customers waiting to be seated with a lot of empty tables and booths that the two hosts were lazy and completely unwilling to just sit us. One host told my husband and I, that we should probably just leave because it would be an hour wait and played on her phone. I was so mad. It was my husbands birthday and his first time to bayou city wings and I thought my husband and I would have a lovely evening. We came to eat though, so we were willing to wait. It was getting more and more crowded and I saw these two angry servers come up to the host stand and we over heard them saying, we will take care of it from here. They ended up seating every singly customer waiting in this 60 minute line while the host continued to take selfies and play on her phone. My husband was so furious especially since he is a manager himself and he knows how a business should run. The two young ladies, Vanessa, I believe was her name and the other server, Rylee. I asked the hosts lizzie and the other one who just ran around frazzled, to get the manager, they said the manager wasn't available. We ended up having a great meal after Rylee and Vanessa took care of us. Rylee actually paid for our meal, because of the wait. We were very suprised that she did that for us, especially because it was my husbands birthday. We went in there displeased, but left because of vanessa and rylee, very pleased. My husband and I decided to give them our card because clearly they were hard workers and not being treated properly.
  They asked us, to please give bayou city wings another chance and so we promised them we would.
  
  Well, yesterday I went to grab a bite to eat for lunch and Rylee ended up opening the door for me, and greeting me, unfortunately she said she was hosting today, and that she couldn't serve me, she apologized. I decided to give another server a chance. What a mess that was! My server forgot my drinks, and the food came out wrong, worst of all the food came out before the drinks, which Rylee ended up making because my server was to busy eating and messing around in the back. Rylee put my food in a togo box, gave me candy and I told her that I was so unhappy and when I come back if Rylee or Vanessa was not serving that I was leaving. I will no longer eat at the bayou city wings off spencer anymore, unless one of those two servers waits on me. I am a regular there, and Rylee was a great, cheerful, host, but she was greeting guests, and seating them and cleaning tables and refilling drinks because the servers wanted to play around instead it seemed. I saw my server 2 times during that lunch.
  The management in this place sucks. I hope Vanessa and Rylee come and join our team, or find somewhere else that deserves them. Let's just say, my husband and I will only attend if Vanessa or Rylee is serving that day. This place is not like it used to be! the food deals are good but that is about it.
